Receipe: Protein-Kaiserschmarrn

Ingredients for one portion:

2 eggs

35g ground almonds

100 ml milk of your choice

40g Power System 100% Whey Protein Vanilla

1 knife tip cinnamon or vanilla

Preparation:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the egg yolks, almonds, milk, protein powder and spices to form a smooth dough

Then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites, heat coconut oil in a pan and add the dough at medium heat.

When the bottom side gets golden brown, cut the Kaiserschmarrn into small pieces and turn it in the pan.

Sprinkle the Protein-Kaiserschmarrn with icing sugar, enjoy with fruit or nut paste or even bake in nuts and raisins.
