Do you want to achieve more defined abdominal muscles? Then you should integrate the following exercises into your next workout!

2, 4 or 7 rounds of the following exercises, depending on your fitness level:

Mountain Climbers

Plank

High Knees

Crunches

Air Bike

Side Plank

Here’s how it works: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, take a 20 second break between exercises and a 60 second break after each round.

Exercise time: 30 seconds

Break after each exercise: 20 seconds

Break after each round: 60 seconds
